Speaker: Ray Smithson
Speaker Bio: Ray Smithson is a world traveler and adventurer who has traveled to 41 countries and lived in Spain, Austria, and Taiwan for the past 12 years. He grew up camping and reading wilderness survival books, learning about wild edible berries and plants from his family. Ray has since expanded his knowledge about edible plants and mushrooms in the US, and is a member of the Mushroom Society of Utah. When not exploring the wilderness, Ray teaches remote business communication skills training to tech companies with offices in Taiwan and works with startups in Utah's Silicon Slopes area.
