Speaker: Sara Rands
Speaker Bio: Sara is a woman of diverse background and talents, with bachelor’s degrees in both English from Brigham Young University and computer science from Utah Valley University. After working as first a stay-at-home mom and then a software engineer, she pivoted to earn a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Northwestern University, seeking a more meaningful career as a therapist. Now a licensed associate clinical mental health counselor, she works at Symmetry Counseling, Natasha Helfer’s therapy and coaching practice in Holladay, specializing in the Mormon faith transition community. She loves to learn, perpetually hoping to catch up on her Kindle backlog. She is a married mother of four young adults.
