— How to Care About Everything Without Carrying Everything • Sara Rands — Parker Theatre Studio, North Building @ 3601 South State Street
Come be part of a community of individuals and families who value people more than beliefs. Some have said it's like going to a Ted talk with live music every Sunday. We meet at 11 AM Mountain Time in the Parker Theatre Studio at 3601 State Street, South Salt Lake. We would love to have you join us for some great topics and socializing!
Join us this Sunday to hear Sara Rands speak to us on How to Care About Everything without Carrying Everything:
Sara Rands, CMHC, is an attachment-focused, neurodiversity-affirming therapist specializing in gifted adults, highly sensitive persons, and identity reconstruction. She practices NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) as her primary modality, is Master Certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, provides ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and offers financial therapy about the emotional and existential aspects of money. Her lived experienced includes cancer survivorship, faith transition, and raising neurodivergent children. Sara also speaks about how to live a meaningful, grounded, connected life when the built-in roadmap no longer works.
