Nov 08, 2026 11:00 AM —  12:30 PM Siobhan Jolley • Across the Divide: A Facilitator’s Perspective on Conflict, Connection, and Better Conversations —  Parker Theatre Studio, North Building @ 3601 South State Street

Come be part of a community of individuals and families who value people more than beliefs. Some have said it's like going to a Ted talk with live music every Sunday. We meet at 11 AM Mountain Time in the Parker Theatre Studio at 3601 State Street, South Salt Lake. We would love to have you join us for some great topics and socializing!

Join us this Sunday to hear Siobhan Jolley speak to us on: "Across the Divide: A Facilitator’s Perspective on Conflict, Connection, and Better Conversations"

Siobhan Jolley helps groups work through complex decisions where the stakes are high and agreement is far from assured. From court-based co-parenting mediation to issues of drought in Colorado and discussions about local cultural preservation, air quality, and public lands, her career has centered on designing thoughtful processes that help people navigate deeply held values, competing needs, and strong emotions. The founder of SLJ Consulting, she brings 18 years of facilitation and strategic communications experience, along with a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution. Drawing on this work, she’ll explore why conflict can bring out our worst and share practical ways to bring curiosity, intention, and structure to difficult conversations—helping us look beyond competing positions, understand underlying interests, and create possibilities for better outcomes in our own lives and communities.
